Ricardo A. B. Graça offers audiovisual production, 2D/3D animation, screenwriting, motion design, consulting and teaching services as described on the Services page. Each project is governed by its own contract with scope, deadlines and values agreed between the parties.

All content on this site — texts, images, animations, videos and educational materials — is authored by Ricardo Graça, unless otherwise credited. Reproduction in whole or in part without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Videos embedded from Vimeo remain under the copyright of their respective authors and producers.

4. Intellectual Property of Projects

Unless otherwise agreed in the service contract, the rights to use delivered materials (videos, animations, scripts) are transferred to the client upon full payment. Ricardo Graça reserves the right to display the work in his portfolio.

5. Privacy and Data

The processing of personal data follows the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is". Ricardo Graça is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site or contracted services, except as provided by law.
